Description of the brand and the team: Estee lauder is the Number 1 Online ELC brand and gathers a strong portfolio of iconic products that made it become a Leader in Luxury and Beauty industry. Estee lauder EMEA team is united, determined and very dynamic and built on strong partner and business relationships &ndash working all together to succeed.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Online manager and the Online assistant in coordinating
• Support affiliate teams in animation plans: site updates, daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of 21 EMEA affiliates using Power BI, Analytics 360 and Insight 360.
• Automation of all Estee Lauder Online business products on a single platform for affiliates.
• Support in transforming 21 EMEA Brand sites&rsquo SPP displays
• Support in CRM Newsletters brief and projects follow up
• Responsible for new product launches online and analyzing their performance
• Responsible for Estee lauder KSMs such as Black Friday and Holidays to reach the target on brands&rsquo, retailers&rsquo and pure players&rsquo sites.
• Provide support in managing E-com affiliates to prepare and implement new features: VTOs, beauty quiz, engraving and many more.
• Provide support to the consumer engagement brand team and the product marketing team for assets and copies.

Key tasks: 

• Online execution regional or global projects follow up.
• Use Business Tools and Microsoft Office in order to prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Use tools such as Alfresco to aid in improving the outlook of the brand sites.
• Be the main Point of Contact for escalations between the Global team and the affiliates.
• Take up the role of assisting all affiliates to attain the required assets and product copies.
• Provide support to retailers and pure players to improve brand outlook on a global scale.
• Strategize implementation of product launches in the right fashion to allow enough time for implementation by all affiliates.
• Provide support to Marketing and Consumer Engagement Teams for Online assets.
• Use Power BI in order to analyze sales&rsquo performances during KSM&rsquos such as Cyber Month.

Profile

Minimum Education Level: Master degree, BAC+5

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: 2 years

Required Language Proficiency: English. French would be a plus.

Licenses or Certifications: Business school Programme Grande école Degree, Digital & E-commerce & Social media degree

Additional Job Specifications: Need a motivated, autonomous and dynamic person.
