The Europe Middle-East Africa and India headquarter of the Estée Lauder Companies is looking for a new intern for January 2024 !

About the Job:

Working closely with the Origins EMEA online team, the regional E-commerce assistant will play a key role in ensuring the brand reaches the online business targets by supporting to drive the Origins brand.com business, CRM strategy and other online channels including pure player and retailer.com. 

About your responsibilities:

Key tasks: 

• Support and development of CRM campaigns for EU Hub brand site (Origins.eu) in partnership with affiliate online teams, CRM agency
• Support monthly B.com content refreshes and offer execution
• Support with campaign planning, toolbox creation and asset request coordination to grow e-retail business with partners such as Zalando, Lookfantastic, and Sephora
• Support with EMEA Origins online reporting needs across online channels (B.com and e-retailers)
• Support EMEA Origins Online strategy roadmap execution with Regional & Global teams
• Coordinate the creation and integration of monthly CRM newsletter campaigns, as well, as launching and optimizing the CRM campaigns in Braze
• Assist EMEA Online team on e-retailer management and campaign execution
• Assist EMEA online coordinator with agency briefing for B.com content refresh and offer execution
• Analyze and report on weekly and monthly online performances (e-commerce & digital marketing channels), and help to create business reviews and updates
• Support any additional tasks to help the regional online team to drive the business on a daily basis

Qualifications

About you:

Minimum Education Level: Digital, Marketing or Business Bac+4/5 

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: At least one significant experience in eBusiness or Digital marketing required.

Required Language Proficiency: Fully proficiency in English mandatory, another European language is a plus

Licenses or Certifications: Google Analytics Certification is a plus but not mandatory

Additional Job Specifications: Organizational skills are highly required as the internship consist in being in contact with several internal and external people. Attention to details, precision, autonomy, proactivity, data mindset and reporting skills also required.
