Backed by leading European investors, the company is entering a new stage of growth and preparing its Series B fundraising to scale its technology and global presence.Role OverviewAs the CEO’s right hand on all fundraising-related topics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the startup’s investor strategy and execution as they target international VCs across the US, Middle East, and Asia.This is a strategic and high-impact position for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of tech, finance, and execution.Your key Responsibilities

• Investor Strategy & Mapping: Identify, segment, and qualify top-tier VCs and strategic investors relevant to the deeptech profile of the company.
• Outreach & Engagement: Lead or support the CEO in initiating and nurturing relationships with targeted investors.
• Content Creation: Craft compelling materials that resonate with investor expectations – investment theses, one-pagers, pitch decks, and narratives.
• Data Room & Due Diligence: Set up and manage the data room; coordinate internal and external stakeholders to answer due diligence requests efficiently.
• Fundraising Process Management: Own the fundraising pipeline, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups across all investor touchpoints.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with scientific, product, and finance teams to align messaging and projections with the company’s strategic vision.

Profile

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, private equity, or startup fundraising, ideally within deeptech, AI, biotech, or healthtech sectors.
• Strong understanding of VC dynamics, investor expectations, and capital raising processes (Series A/B/C).
• A relevant network of Investors.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with the ability to interact with scientists and synthesize complex ideas for non-expert audiences.
• Fluent in English (French: a plus but not required); international exposure is highly valued.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
• Bonus: Prior experience as founder, investor, or operator in a high-growth tech environment.
