Job DescriptionA new and diverse role for a commercially aware Investor/Public Relations professional is available to support a Private Equity company that has a portfolio of publicly listed and private companies. The role is full-time, primarily based in Dublin with potential for hybrid flexibility. Salary is very competitive.Responsibilities:

• Lead production of comprehensive corporate presentations and documents.
• Draft regulatory updates and liaise with advisors for their release.
• Support company events, including planning for presentations, road shows, and investor days.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on key messaging for investors.
• Enhance investor relations programs and build effective relationships across the investor/analyst community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of IR/PR experience, or relevant experience in corporate finance or marketing/business development.
• Previous experience in PLC or a strong interest in public markets.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and drafting presentations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and aptitude for a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
