NR REF.: 1193894(7-month fixed term contract)Job OverviewThe Invoice to Pay (I2P) Regional Process Owner is responsible for translating and driving the implementation of the global strategy for the I2P process within the region with the goal of realising efficiencies, higher accuracy and enhanced controls. This role will represent the Global Process Organisation on all process Invoice to Pay cycles within the region.The role is expected to develop strong subject matter expertise in I2P and have a good understanding of the needs/requirements of the business units within the region.Key Responsibilities

• Drive the deployment of the global I2P strategy within the region, understanding and translating any local/ regional requirements to shape how the strategy gets adopted
• Influence regional leaders (e.g., CFOs, Procurement Leaders) to drive adoption and compliance to change
• Drive the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the region
• Represent the region on all I2P process standardisation projects/initiatives – identifying where customisations would be required
• Accountable for ensuring the delivery of the stated business case within the region
• Collaborate and provide input, and participate in related initiatives as it relates to I2P within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Invoice to Pay and process optimisation experience
• Experience in a shared services environment
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Demonstrated project management acumen
• Ability to identify, solve and deploy transformation projects
• Work collaboratively with operations teams to optimise processes
• Understanding of regional level nuances
• Good exposure to Source to Pay technologies like Ariba
• Proficiency in English language
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong project management discipline.
