As an ISC Integrator Biologics, you be will be member of the ISC Strategy & Integrator team. Reporting to the Senior Director Strategy & Integrator ISC, you will work closely with peers in OPEX/CTW, End to End Network Strategy, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Finance, HR, Med Affairs, Marketing, and commercial organizations. Your analytical skills and operational expertise will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain strategies, capacity planning, and cost-saving initiatives.

Main responsibilities

• Represent ISC on the Platform segment leadership team, aligning strategies and driving performance

• Own the execution of ISC strategy roadmaps, coordinating with execution teams and mitigating challenges

• Facilitate business and plant teams in developing 3-year plans and ensuring budget alignment

• Align ISC strategies with the worldwide platform teams, supply chain organization, and regional management in assessing capacity needs, developing capacity, sourcing, and supply plans and in developing manufacturing capacity strategies in line with network strategy

• Lead the operation strategy for the new product integration and scale–up with a strong communication pathway with plant managers, GIE, R&D and others to develop operations plans for production startup including the selection of equipment and method

• Ensure the achievement of annual targets through effective coordination

• Builds relationships with internal stakeholders (across quality, R&D , regulatory , customer team and others) and external partners to drive results

Preferred profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, MBA desirable.

• Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience / leadership experience in plant minimum 3-5 years.

• Operational excellence, quality, and finance advanced knowledge. Advanced in ERPs and production systems environment.

• Strong technical expertise in Project management and operations management with solid understanding in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (GB/BB certification preferred).

• Communication skills with all levels of the organization

• Ability to influence without authority

• Leadership and Strategic thinking

• Working with highly matrixes organization / Organizational savvy

• Fluent English
