• You refine User Stories and Features
• You define acceptance criteria and contribute to the definition of wireframes and visual designs
• You take care of the visual representation of business processes
• You support in estimating efforts for new developments and improvements
• You assure the quality of the implementation of technical and functional requirements by planning and executing tests and analyzing test results
• You successfully process customer and dealer inquiries for troubleshooting and changes as part of the AGCO IT incident process

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• 3-5 years of professional experience with relevant experience in requirements engineering, testing and production support
• Knowledge of software development, agile methods as well as CMS / CRM systems
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) e.g. SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills paired with a team-player attitude with the ability to influence on different levels
