Location: Cork, Ireland / RemoteA leading Technology company providing reporting and analytics solutions to enterprise-level HR systems is seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and dedicated BI Consultant to join its growing team in Cork. This role involves using project management, data expertise, and communication skills to deliver analytics solutions that help clients unlock the value of their data. This role will suit a recent IT-related graduate with one to two years of experience.Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure out-of-the-box analytics solutions for clients.
• Engage and collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions and training accordingly.
• Design and build compelling visualisations and reports using key tools.
• Train clients on using analytics solutions to enable their data discovery journey.
• Perform data analysis on behalf of clients and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to continually improve products and service offerings.

Requirements:

• Degree or qualification in IT/IS or a related field.
• Previous experience in software projects or support (advantageous).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to draw meaningful business insights from data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.
• Experience with Tableau or enterprise HR platforms is a plus.
