In particolare, entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform sarai impegnata/o della gestione dei processi di cambiamento aziendali; in particolare, insieme a colleghi e colleghi esperti, analizzerai i requisiti strategici utili a implementare le migliori soluzioni digitali presenti sul mercato per la gestione integrata dei processi.Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Analizzare i Business requirements mediante interviste con le aree aziendali coinvolte nel processo
• Disegno della migliore soluzione per il cliente, tramite soluzioni standard SAP/preconfigurate o customizzazioni
• Redazione/supporto alla redazione dell’analisi funzionale e tecnica di processi end-to-end con focus particolare su quelli in ambito Amministrazione Finanza e Controllo
• Internal test e test di approvazione con l’utente fruitore della soluzione applicativa
• Supporto/erogazione della formazione agli utenti finali
• Supporto al team di progetto per la fase di rilascio della soluzione

Sarai coinvolta/o su progetti sia nazionali che internazionali, collaborando con professionisti altamente qualificati e lavorando a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti del Consumer and Industrial Market, inclusi i settori Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing e Automotive.Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristichePer essere il candidato ideale non ti possono mancare:

• Percorso accademico in Economia, Management o simili
• Motivazione a svolgere l’attività di consulenza sui processi aziendali e sui sistemi informativi
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un’esperienza di studio e/o lavoro all’estero
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office

KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to businesses to support them in transforming their business models, improving and digitizing processes, analyzing and managing risks, and providing assistance in extraordinary financial operations. Specifically, by joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be involved in managing corporate change processes. Together with experienced colleagues, you will analyze the strategic requirements necessary to implement the best digital solutions available on the market for integrated process management.In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing business requirements through interviews with the business areas involved in the process.
• Designing the best solution for the client, using standard SAP/preconfigured solutions or customizations.
• Drafting/supporting the drafting of the functional and technical analysis of the end-to-end processes, with a particular focus on Administration Finance and Control processes.
• Conducting internal tests and approval tests with the end-user of the application solution.
• Supporting/providing training to end-users.
• Assisting the project team during the solution’s release phase.

You will be involved in both national and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and collaborating closely with our clients in the Consumer and Industrial Market, including sectors such as Retail, Food & Drink, Consumer Products, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Automotive.Come As You Are – Your Skills and AttributesTo be the ideal candidate, you should possess:

• An academic background in Economics, Management, or similar fields.
• Motivation to work in consulting on business processes and information systems.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
