The Private Assets Data Analytics team is responsible for managing the analytics and reporting tools supporting the Private Assets investments activities within the Company. We are looking for a talented IT Business Analyst to become part of the team. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders in Private Assets Fund Management, Risk Management, Performance & Reporting, IT Development, and IT Infrastructure teams to manage business requirements and analytics opportunities.The ideal candidate will work on the following activities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Define and identify best solutions to satisfy the business requirements
• Partner and coordinate data engineer during both the development phase and manage the existing solutions including ongoing modernization, standardization and maintenance
• Partner with IT infrastructure team to implement data integrity and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform analysis on product usage and performance data
• Provide expertise in data visualization techniques and tools
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in private assets asset management data analytics to inform decision-making and drive innovation

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
• 3-5 years of working experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and reporting solutions preferably applied to Private Assets Investments
• Fluent in English; the knowledge of a second foreign language (Italian and/or French) will be considered a plus
• Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills to a variety of different scenarios and complex projects
• Strong knowledge in SQL, database management and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Demonstrated understanding and expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex datasets, with a focus on private asset investments and performance metrics
• Experience working with IT teams to develop and implement data solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, and reporting platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player
