Job description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the implementation and optimization of SAP systems.
• Utilize business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) to design and document process flows and instructions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions for process development teams.
• Identify training needs, organize, and deliver training sessions for end users.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for systems and processes.

Greenfield environment |ERP roll-out

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP system rollout (definition, testing, and go-live support).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (SAP preferred).
• Proven ability to analyze processes and create comprehensive documentation (e.g., process flows, instructions).
• Knowledge of BPMN or UML for process modeling.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (C1 level).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
