FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including around 50 sales companies, more than 3.600 employees worldwide and 18 production sites, is looking for an IT Business Analyst – SAP SD within our Information & Digital Technology Services department.The successful candidate will be working closely with the other Business Analysts, with specific focus on SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module; in particular designing, implementing and deploying SAP solutions to support the business on the daily requests and projects.The position is based in our HQ in Zola Predosa (BO), with possibility of hybrid working.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business requirements of Sales and Logistics functions

• Suggest and design solutions for Sales and Logistic different scenarios

• Support HQ and/or subsidiaries projects related to SAP

• Performing root cause analysis, analyzing technical and functional requirements, and preparing functional specifications

• Solve issues coming from daily use of applications (helpdesk and maintenance)

• Support business stakeholders and partners in the requirements gathering, solution definition, user acceptance testing and deployment

• Liaising with other IT Teams to manage enhancements and SAP initiatives

Key requirements:

• Academic background in Information Technologies and/or Management Engineering

• At least 2 years of working experience on SAP SD module

• Experience on other SAP module (MM, PP…) will be considered a plus

• Fluency in English

• Availability to travel

• Strong analytical skills and attention to details

• Extended problem solving skills

• Good interpersonal skills and understanding of the internal client
