This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative IT solutions in a dynamic and fast paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring business requirements are translated into practical, scalable solutions.
• Take ownership of SaaS solutions, including vendor selection, configuration, performance optimisation, and ensuring ongoing alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee non-SaaS systems, ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and user-friendly experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define future-state processes supported by robust IT solutions.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to system performance, security, and data integrity.

Key Skills

• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in SaaS and non-SaaS systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, able to provide constructive challenge, insights and tangible options for system and process improvements.
• Experience in retail or multi-site environments is beneficial but not essential.
