be yourself and make a difference in the world.We are looking for new colleague to join our IT Development Team, due to expansion.You will have the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery of complex IT projects consisting of 5-10 IT systems developments;
• Working in a programme environment , working with other delivery managers and IT expert;
• Cooperation with IT system experts and vendor experts, IT solution architects and business analysts;
• Manage planning-delivery-deployment-handover of developments with responsible IT system experts
• Coordinate releases and hand-over to test- and production environment;
• Prepare project estimates, plan, schedule and resource plan for IT developments (not end-to-end project management responsibilities);
• Analyze risks and define mitigation plans to get necessary decision made;
• Tracking of the project progress and regular reporting towards the Stakeholders and the Management;
• Manage escalation flow, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate;

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have/are:

• At least 3 years’ experience in IT project development, coordination, preferably in Telco / IT area;
• Excellent coordination and communication skills;
• Good understanding of IT developments and technologies (microservices, APIs, software development, enterprise architecture, release and environment management);
• Ability to initiate and drive improvement and change;
• Strong planning, organizational, negotiation and influencing skills;
• Fluency in English and Hungarian (both written and oral);
• Able to deliver in difficult circumstances, handle uncertainty and stress;
• Advantages:
• Experience in IT projects that have used agile methodology
• Knowledge of BSS systems, telco architecture
• Experience in telco transformation program as IT delivery manager, IT project manager, solution architect or IT system expert
