My responsibilities:

• Providing 3rd level support regarding Software Distribution and Patch management for ALDI International countries (Europe, United States, Australia)
• Extension and maintenance of the Software Distribution infrastructure (Ivanti Endpoint Manager)
• Regular configuration of patch days for clients, store- and server systems
• Tracking of overall patch compliance based on actual patch deployments
• Monitor the Software Distribution infrastructure in terms of availability, capacity and software / patch relevant activities
• Reboot management for server systems after patch days to ensure compliance
• Incident, change and problem handling for all Software Distribution and patch related topics
• Regular participation in expert committees to provide information needed for future demands (Solution Design Workshops)

The knowledge I own:

• High Level administration skill with Windows server 2016/2019/2022
• High level knowledge of Endpoint management systems (SCCM/Ivanti/Intune at least one out of the three mentioned)
• Intermediate knowledge of general Infra network etc)
• Strong Power Shell scripting knowledge
• Strong SQL scripting knowledge
• Intermediate knowledge of virtualization technologies
• High Level knowledge of windows enterprise infrastructure components (GPO, AD)
• High Level knowledge of Azure Active Directory
• Intermediate knowledge of version controlling tool (Gitlab, SVN)
• Confident communication in English
• Available for on-call
