Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese outstanding company and worldwide the biggest developer, producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology.
DENV is Daikin’s sales, R&D, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. Our IT Center EMEA counts 3 departments: IT Planning (PLAN), IT Development (BUILD) and IT Infrastructure (RUN). Within our IT Development department, we can distinguish 2 competence centres: Madrid and Ostend. You will be part of IT Development in Madrid.
The IT Development department in Madrid consists of 50 people (internal & external) and an offshore team. The group is young and dynamic with a good team spirit and open communication structure. We implement innovative IT solutions for our 7500+ Daikin colleagues all over Europe & Middle East.Are you ready for new challenges? Do you feel like it is the moment for your next big step? Would you like to work in an international environment? We are searching for you! We are looking for a Salesforce Release Manager.
Daikin is nowadays focused on the digitalization and innovation so needs to incorporate people with motivation, innovation skills and eager to learn. Our new colleague must be a strong presenter and facilitator of the business solutions that has as responsibility to obtain the user acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision.Which are the main functions/responsibilities of the role?We are searching for a Salesforce Release Manager with the following responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all transports related to all Salesforce clouds.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce releases within the organization, ensuring system stability and integrity.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure efficient and smooth releases.
• Oversee the change approval process and ensure all releases meet quality and security standards.
• Manage the release calendar and coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize releases according to business objectives.
• Conduct validation tests and ensure new features and improvements are implemented correctly.
• Document and communicate changes and updates to relevant teams and end-users.

Which profile are we searching for? (education, background, specific knowledge required and experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications and knowledge of version control and deployment tools.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience working on Salesforce (more than 2-3 year as Release Manager)
