IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services Digital Working Telecom Datacentres Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office Control Tower PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure stable standardized and efficient production.ABOUT THE JOBMISSIONThe Infrastructure Coordinator works in the Service Delivery Management team within the Swiss IT Production which plays the role of Production Control Tower.He/she has a transversal role and acts as a single point of contact towards the Infrastructure teams on technical Business As Usual activities that require coordination.These activities are not projects so he/she is not a Project Manager and as such he/she will not be following project governance. For instance he/she may coordinate activities related to audits ASCs (security documentation) or software upgrades.The role is not subject to on-call duty.RESPONSABILITIESDescribe the scope of the assignmentsBuild the list of tasks with the Infrastructure teamsEstablish potential dependencies between tasksHave the tasks completed by the Infrastructure stakeholdersMake sure that documentation is produced when requiredcontribute to build the documentationReport on the progress of the assignmentsUpdate information in referentialsWhen required fill in information in the ITSM tool ServiceNowFollow-up the orders making sure that the signature process is under controlFollow-up the contracts with external providers making sure that the contracting process is respectedREQUIREMENTS
– StudiesAn ITIL certification would be a plusAn Agile Certification would be a plus
– ExperienceMin 5-10 years experience In IT infrastructure
– LanguagesEnglish FluentFrench Operational (would be a plus)
