This position is based out of Spain, with focus on supporting the Hybrid Cloud team and you will have colleagues in other locations such as EMEA, the Americas, and Asia Pacific.Your mission and responsibilities:As Internal Services Professional specialist, you will play a key role in driving strategic and operational initiatives to enhance transparency, performance, and collaboration across the Hybrid Cloud Team. You’ll focus on optimizing processes, enabling continuous improvement, and supporting high-impact business transformation projects in a global environment.Task and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement transformation initiatives that promote collaboration within the Hybrid Cloud Team.
• Identify areas for business improvement and actively contribute to performance enhancement strategies.
• Support project delivery and team alignment across business and technical functions.
• Help assess organizational needs and facilitate initiatives that improve workflows and communication.
• Drive integration between local and global teams to ensure cohesive operations and knowledge sharing.
• Promote best practices and ensure effective change management processes are followed.
• Track initiative progress with monitoring KPI’s, deliver insights through reporting, and contribute to internal communications.
• Foster a customer- and results-focused mindset across the team.
• Collaborate closely with other IT teams, infrastructure teams, and key stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:Proven experience (10+ years) in business operations, project coordination, or process improvement within international and multicultural environments.Excellent command of English (professional proficiency required); German is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions, time zones, and cultural boundaries.Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Outlook, Slack, Jira, and similar business tools.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Agile and adaptable mindset with a focus on value creation and operational excellence.Experience working in or with technology-driven teams (infrastructure or digital engagement) is an advantage.Being part of our team:Our global team: Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company. 55,000 dedicated colleagues in over 70 countries are driven to shape the future of healthcare.
