Make your mark for patientsTo strengthen DT Patient Solutions team, based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: DT Lead – Solutions & Programs.UCB is a global biopharma company headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. which primarily focuses on research and development, specifically focused on treatments for severe diseases. UCB has operations in over 40 countries.In the context of DT Early Solutions team, you will join a highly experienced cross-functional team that has in-depth practical knowledge on state-of-the-art solution architecture, development, DevOps, infrastructure, security, cloud, and scientific knowledge.What you’ll do

• Work with different stakeholders (researchers) to deliver custom solutions or industrialize academic code
• Lead Squad(s) to the successful delivery of project objectives
• Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Pragmatic use of Agile concepts in prior projects.
• Write analysis when required.

For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

• You are an autonomous, experienced, and passionate project manager with over 5 years of relevant experience, comfortable navigating the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization.
• You possess expertise in Agile Project Management methodologies, enjoy facilitating daily team rituals, and are deeply passionate about promoting good project management practices while sharing your knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other project management tools, you bring strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and consultative skills to the table.
• Skilled in risk management, you proactively detect potential issues, implement solutions to address challenges, and ensure project timelines, budgets, and business operations remain on track.
• You excel at managing multiple stakeholders and work streams simultaneously, maintaining strong internal communication with all organizational levels to meet expectations and foster satisfaction.
• Analytical and organized, you evaluate project requirements against scope, develop and manage detailed plans and schedules, and adapt creatively to eliminate obstacles in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
