Our client is one of the world’s largest financial advisory groups. They are looking for an IT Manager for the Brussels office.You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Physical and logical management of our information systems and local IT infrastructure (servers, routers, networks and internet) and telephony equipment,
• Follow-up of projects for the design, improvement and maintenance of our systems in conjunction with the Group’s technical teams,
• Management of user computer equipment, computers and peripherals,
• Follow-up of the partner relationship with our external IT and telephony service providers, both at the local and Group level,
• Follow-up of IT and telephony expenses, validation of invoices related to purchases, in relation with the Office Manager of the branch,
• Management of the training of new entrants in all areas related to our IT environment,
• Maintenance of the IT backup and business continuity plan, in relation to the Group’s central functions.

Position of an IT ManagerHave visible impact on the organizationYou have a higher education degree relevant to the field of competence or equivalent by experience.You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the same role, including ICT infrastructure
management and user support.You can demonstrate good knowledge in information management and good IT governance.You have excellent written and oral communication skills, in French and English, you are flexible and
are able to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Dutch will be a plus.You like to take initiative and work independently.Our client is one of the world’s largest financial advisory groups. They are looking for an IT Manager for the Brussels office.You will be the main point of contact for the branch employees for all questions related to their IT and telephony infrastructure. It will also be the local relay between employees and the Group’s technical teams, in the event of special requests or incidents.Full and attractive package.
