Right now, we’re searching for a IT Operations Technician in our Copenhagen office – are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?The roleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Operations Technician to join our IT Workplace team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless user experience, supporting secure growth, and fostering digital collaboration across the organization. As an IT Operations Technician, you will provide end-user support and help maintain and enhance our IT services, with a strong focus on both technical expertise and excellent customer service.The ideal candidate is someone with a solid background in IT, who can communicate technical concepts clearly and simply to users with varying levels of technical knowledge. We value individuals who enjoy problem-solving and have a structured approach to delivering solutions.Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide comprehensive IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions for internal users
• Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and respond to technical questions related to Microsoft 365 apps
• Install, maintain, and resolve issues for other company-specific software applications
• Perform routine support and maintenance for conference room technologies to ensure seamless operation
• Manage and support phone systems, video conferencing tools, VPNs, and instant messaging platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and quick issue resolution
• Participate in local and company-wide projects, working both independently and as part of a team to improve IT services and user experience

• Broad IT knowledge and a strong desire to enhance the user experience
• Demonstrates excellent communication and people skills, with a customer-centric approach to service
• Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities and can effectively document and communicate solutions
• Expert knowledge of modern Windows operating systems and MacOS, with practical experience in hardware support
• Adept at building rapport with users and managing a diverse workload, while prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Thrives under pressure and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels across the organization
