IT Project Manager – £520/day Inside IR35 – 3 months Contract – Worcester (Hybrid) – SCC FLEX CONTRACTWe are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with experience in SAP transformation projects. If you have experience in migrating legacy systems and data into SAP, we want to hear from you.Your Responsibilities as the IT Project Manager:

• Lead end-to-end project management for SAP transformation initiatives, from planning through execution and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to achieve project milestones and goals.
• Oversee the migration of legacy systems and data into SAP, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide expertise and guidance on housing-related processes and requirements within the context of SAP transformation projects.

As the suitable IT Project Manager, you will have:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably with a focus on SAP transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and processes, with a track record of successful implementations and migrations.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the housing sector is desirable, particularly in SAP integration and transformation initiatives.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Associate) are advantageous.
