IT Project Manager – IT Contracting

Deliver technology projects through entire lifecycle with adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and prepare reports.
Create and analyze business requirements documents and project timelines.
Guide the team in time estimation practices and facilitate team estimates.
Drive team iteration execution and communicate with management and stakeholders.
Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to maintain high performance.
Collaborate with team leads to resolve personnel issues and project roadblocks.
Conduct postmortems and root cause analyses to help teams continuously improve and ensure maximum productivity.
Proactively identify and eliminate impediments.
Manage assigned special projects.
Perform other duties as needed.

100% remoteB2B contract

3-5 years of experience in the area of IT Project Management. Preferably in software development and infrastructure projects.
Demonstrable expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to anticipate the development teams’ needs.
Solid experience collaborating with internal and external partner teams.
Comfortable presenting project readouts to various audiences.
Ability to understand and represent both business and technology perspectives.
Excellent communicator in person, over the phone, and via email.
Self-motivated and organized.
Possess a university degree or equivalent diploma.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
