Job Description:OverviewWe are looking for someone to be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. This role will drive the development adoption of Agile ways of working to support Pepsi’s Faster, Stronger, Better principles. The role will work directly with the delivery teams, under the direction of the PMO, to implement scrum ways of working, embed the fundamentals, drive consistency, and ultimately expand these principles across all the Delivery teams.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
• Consulting support across PGCS sites to other project managers, or staff performing a Agile/PM function through project lifecycle
• Present portfolio, project pipelines and inter-dependencies at IT PMO/portfolio forums
• Engagement with Global PepsiCo Project Management Office and Planning/Strategy teams on new initiatives, policies and procedures, socializing and integrating those back into PGCS
• Supporting Project Management Audit Controls

Qualifications

• Scrum Master qualification
• Project Management qualification (PMI, PMP)
• 5+ years of related IT Project Management experience, leading projects
• Strong experience in Agile Project Management Methodology
• Strong experienced in managing multiple projects, stakeholder management, presenting to leadership teams
• Experience in coaching new Project Managers or IT staff in Agile methodologies
• Experience in leading Project Quality Analysis for other projects, supporting other PMs/Managers (L8+) to resolve project quality issues
• Experience in Project Management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Office 365 applications, Project & Portfolio tools)
• Knowledge and technical understanding of IT Delivery projects
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills, presentation skills
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• An Agile enthusiast
