YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be joining the RETAIL Competence Center, the Online + Offline domain, with more than 4500 POS worldwide. 

What a day in the life of the team looks like:

As Service Delivery Manager for the main service contracts for L’Oréal Group Retail applications (MARS: Cegid, Teams, ONE Retail: Learning Management System) in close collaboration with the Global Delivery Center Capgemini, the main missions are:

  • Monitoring and maintenance of contractual performance monitoring indicators (KPI & SLA)
  • Management of Level 3 Run teams
  • Monitoring of incident, problem and service request backlogs
  • Management of contract provider identities (accounts and materials)
  • Monitoring of evolutions (Demands) and management of their delivery (hotfix, sprint)
  • Contractual relationship monitoring:
  • Contract management & update of contractual documents
  • License monitoring and consumption control
  • Detailed budget monitoring
  • Invoice monitoring and management of potential disputes
  • Preparation of steering committees
  • PAQ (Quality Assurance Plan)
  • Reversibility plan
  • Implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement plans with the supplier
  • IT Service Management referent for the logic of SNOW use by the teams
  • Participation in L’Oréal’s ITSM & SDM community at the GBT O+O level
  • Monitoring of the relationship with Run managers in Zones (AMER/NA&SAPMENA/EUROPE)

  • ServiceNow
  • ITIL V4 certification
  • Budget management
  • Supplier management
  • Fluent English to communicate effectively with international teams
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Ability to listen, to engage in dialogue, and to understand different interlocutors in local contexts and a multi-stakeholder international environment.
  • Proactive, ability to take initiatives
  • Cooperation: ability to work collaboratively with different teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Stress and priority management: knowing how to manage time, priorities and stress when faced with urgent and complex situations.
