Purpose of this roleAthora Belgium has to implement a regulatory project named Transparency.The purpose of this project is to communicate to the SIGEDIS regulatory platform the new declarations as for 01/2026 and manage the pension sheet flow.We are looking for a Lead Solution Analyst to join our team for this project. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements and target architecture, ensuring that every component of the solution is analyzed and documented up to the point they are ready for development and testing.Your role will be to ensure that 100% coverage is reached and that all components of the global solution work all together towards the project goal. As such, you will partly deliver analysis documents, and partly coordinate/review the work of other analyst.The IT Solution Lead analyst will report directly to the IT Project Manager.KEY CONTRIBUTION AREAS

• Analyze business and functional requirements related to the Sigedis legal framework.
• Supervise/drive the work of other analysts, ensuring global coherence and completeness overall. Self-perform and deliver detailed analysis documents for some of the components.
• Contribute to the definition of an overall analysis method based on usual practices at Athora and best practices from the industry/past experience
• Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to ensure effective implementation.
• Support testing phases, including functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide guidance and documentation for end-users, technical teams and other analysts.
• Hands-on common sense approach with IT technical expertise in applications
• Ensures close support and cooperation with the IT project manager of theTransparency programme
• Facilitate the communication on the border between different delivery teams, and ensures that problems are identified and raised to the appropriate levels for resolution.

FUNCTIONAL or TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREDProven track record in delivering IT analysis documents on complex projectsKnowledge of the Life insurance industry, in particular pension second pilar insurances and SIGEDIS will be considered a strong assetProven track record in delivering IT analysis based on market standards and/or proven industry best practicesGood understanding of IT Front and Back-end systems. Knowledge of mainframe technology and challenges will be considered as an asset.5+ years IT Solution analyst management experienceAbility to work in and coordinate a team.Secondary degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering preferableExperience working with multiple IT service providers and solution integrators preferredAbility to work in English and French is a requirement for this roleRolesSenior Back-End AnalystMost recent experience Any timeSkills
