Job description

As an IT Solutions Manager, you will be managing our client’s infrastructures and services to complete and execute their ICT strategy, manage applications and support business users.As IT Solutions Manager, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders, project leads, and end-users to understand their needs and translate them into solutions;
• Implement Microsoft365 solutions;
• Ensure the appropriate maintenance, configuration and continuous improvement of the environment to meet the performance, security and resilience objectives;
• Monitor and report on system security, performance and availability;
• Ensure our client is protected and prepared against threats;
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to implement solutions and strategies that meet security requirements;
• Manage ICT issues and incidents to ensure swift resolution and minimal impact and disruption;
• Manage and oversee external service providers;
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users;
• Contribute to the digitization and modernization of the workplace;

• University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
• At least 5 years of experience in IT solutions management;
• An advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a great plus;
• Experience in structuring and leading ICT projects;
• Experience with regulatory compliance is a plus (NIS2, ISO, DORA);
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to communicate effectively;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Strong service orientation, ensuring responsiveness

Our client is based in Brussels and you will evolve in a company of 30 to 40 people to accompany its IT evolution.
