• Installation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of computer and office equipment
• Providing technical support for end-users
• As part of the global service model – support for L2 tickets and/or escalation according to ServiceDesk procedures
• Ensuring the functionality of existing ICT infrastructure
• Ensuring the functionality of all communication services
• Assistance and training for end-users in systems and equipment
• Ensuring the implementation and adherence to global and local policies and procedures
• Preparation and updating of technical documentation
• Maintaining contact with suppliers
• Participation in budgeting for new equipment

• 1 year of experience in the IT field
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Good understanding of computers, operating systems and networks (LAN and WAN)
• Good understanding of power systems (UPS, batteries, electrical basics)
• Basic understanding of telecommunications (VHF, HF, satellite communications)

• Hybrid working model in Warsaw
• Employment of contract
• Monday – Friday: 8:00-16:00/9:00-17:00
