We are looking for a student to take up on an exceptional challenge and support our IT team! We would teach you how to: • Take initial telephone, e-mail or online inquires; • Troubleshoot and manage relatively simple hardware, software or network problems that can be resolved in a defined short timeframe, including password reset and basic advice on use of standard applications; • Recognize and escalate more difficult problems to Tier 2 support; • Log call activities; • Ensure all helpdesk tickets are responded, resolved and closed according to approved service levels; • Support the desktop support team.Over welke vaardigheden beschikt de student?
We are looking for a MBO student with: • Excellent problem-solving skills, • Communication and interpersonal skills, • Patience, positive, customer-friendly attitude, • Ability to work in team environment, • Time flexibility. Languages: Fluent English is a must.Wat biedt het leerbedrijf de student?
