In particolare, entrerai a far parte del Team CIO Advisory di Milano, esperto di architetture e soluzioni di data management che supporta i CIO nell’evoluzione digitale, dalla strategia all’esecuzione e dalla visione al valore reale. Entrerai a far parte di un ambiente dinamico e stimolante, per clienti di alto livello nei mercati dei servizi finanziari, dell’energia, del settore pubblico, sanitario e dei consumatori e industriali.Nello specifico, ti occuperai di tecnologie innovative e progetti sfidanti ed entusiasmanti, supportando i nostri clienti principalmente sulle seguenti tematiche:

• ICT Strategy: aiutiamo i nostri clienti a sviluppare strategie tecnologiche e modelli operativi tecnologici innovativi;
• ICT Architecture: consentiamo ai clienti di utilizzare soluzioni all’avanguardia per applicazioni, infrastrutture e TLC;
• Data Management: aiutiamo i nostri clienti nell’identificazione delle migliori soluzioni di gestione del dato e progettazione di architetture di Data Management;
• ICT Planning & Budgeting: assistiamo i nostri clienti a identificare, definire le priorità, progettare e indirizzare meglio gli investimenti tecnologici;
• Strategic Sourcing: gestiamo la governance e svolgiamo attività di supporto tecnico durante la selezione delle varie opzioni e dei fornitori nell’intero ciclo dei servizi ICT;
• ICT Governance and Organization: ci occupiamo della corretta struttura e dimensionamento delle risorse ICT;
• ICT Cost right-sizing: valutiamo e suggeriamo opzioni per indirizzare meglio la spesa e le risorse ICT.

E’ prevista inoltre la possibilità di svolgere attività di IT project management.Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

• Laurea Magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Elettronica, Ingegneria delle Telecomunicazioni, Fisica, Matematica o hai maturato esperienze equivalenti;
• Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza in consulenza strategica IT o ruoli all’interno della funzione IT in aziende del settore Retail & Consumer.
• Conoscenza in almeno 1 dei seguenti settori: Fashion, GDO, Food & Beverage, Beauty, DYI
• Conoscenza delle principali architetture applicative del mondo Retail & Consumer;
• Governance di iniziative di digital transformation in ambito Retail & Consumer
• Capacità analitiche e pensiero critico
• Capacità di coordinamento team cross-funzionali
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese, idealmente approfondita attraverso un’esperienza formativa/lavorativa all’estero.

Rappresentano un plus:

• Esperienza nel disegno dei modelli operativi e dei processi IT sulla base delle best practice di mercato
• Conoscenza delle strategie e politiche di sourcing
• Conoscenze di tecnologie specifiche (es. ERP, CRM, eCommerce, etc.)

• Eventuali certificazioni (DAMA, Prince, ITIL v4, Togaf v9, Scrum o certificazioni AWS/Ms Azure/Google)

You’ll work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, serving high-level clients in the financial services, energy, public, healthcare, consumer, and industrial sectors.Specifically, you will work on innovative technologies and exciting, challenging projects, supporting our clients mainly in the following areas:

• ICT Strategy: Helping clients develop innovative technology strategies and operating models.
• ICT Architecture: Enabling clients to adopt cutting-edge solutions for applications, infrastructure, and telecommunications.
• Data Management: Assisting clients in identifying the best data management solutions and designing data management architectures.
• ICT Planning & Budgeting: Supporting clients in identifying, prioritizing, designing, and better directing technology investments.
• Strategic Sourcing: Managing governance and providing technical support during the selection of options and vendors throughout the ICT services lifecycle.
• ICT Governance and Organization: Designing the appropriate structure and sizing of ICT resources.
• ICT Cost Right-Sizing: Evaluating and suggesting options to better allocate ICT spending and resources.

There is also the opportunity to engage in IT project management activities.Come As You Are – Your Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT strategic consulting or roles within the IT function of companies in the Retail & Consumer sector.
• Knowledge in at least one of the following sectors: Fashion, Large-Scale Retail (GDO), Food & Beverage, Beauty, DIY.
• Familiarity with major application architectures in the Retail & Consumer world.
• Experience in governing digital transformation initiatives in Retail & Consumer.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, ideally enhanced through study/work experience abroad.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in designing IT operating models and processes based on market best practices.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and policies.
• Familiarity with specific technologies (e.g., ERP, CRM, eCommerce, etc.).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., DAMA, Prince, ITIL v4, TOGAF v9, Scrum, AWS/Microsoft Azure/Google certifications).
