Don’t hesitate – submit your application today!The positionAs IT System Manager, you will be responsible for one or more IT systems and associated infrastructure that supports our production area. You will keep the systems operational and in compliance with requirements from both Novo Nordisk and health authorities.
Stable and efficient IT systems are essential for us to develop and deliver products to our patients.Some of your main tasks encompass:

• Maintaining system documentation in Service Now and troubleshooting on the IT systems and infrastructure, including virtual environment and network
• Managing IT security, implementing system hotfixes, patches, and anti-malware measures
• Overseeing continuity management, including monitoring backups and recovery processes, as well as handling life cycle management tasks such as system upgrades and hardware upgrades
• Managing systems and infrastructure, including Windows servers, databases, network, and configuration and performance monitoring
• Ensuring testing according to requirements and perform annual user reviews
• Being responsible for computerised equipment, together with the team

You can expect to be collaborating closely with many colleagues both within our department but also with our central IT organization.We work with various technologies such as SCADA systems and LMES / PAS-X system, and you will be provided with formal and on-the-job training in these technologies.Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you:

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, electronic engineering, or a related discipline
• Possess hands-on experience in IT System Management
• Bring expertise in IT and/or automation and server and infrastructure operations such as patching, performance monitoring, and network knowledge
• Show proficiency in both spoken and written English

DMS is responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk, both internal and external production via our Contract Manufacturing Organizations.
