This role is based in the vibrant city of Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customers’ lives.Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and offering empathetic, timely solutions.
• Assisting clients with documentation, order entries, and product shipments.
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail.

In this position, you’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success.
