• Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries related to products, services, and account issues effectively and professionally.
• Troubleshoot customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document and track all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service standards and improve client experiences.
• Identify areas for service improvement and get involved in discussions for enhancing customer support processes.
• Stay updated on product information to provide accurate and relevant details to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Enthusiastic and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
