Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers, focusing on building long-term relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, product usage, and rewards programs.
Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and gather feedback on their experiences.
Educate clients about loyalty programs and incentivize their continued engagement with the brand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to propose improvements in service delivery and customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system for tracking purposes.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, preferably within the retail or service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on enhancing customer relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and adapt to various customer needs.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
