Provide exceptional assistance to clients and sales teams in your designated region, driving local success.
Handle operational customer complaints efficiently, turning problems into opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email while supporting the sales team with precision.Required skills:Excellent communication skills in English AND Italian
Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent telephone manners and problem-solving abilities
