• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions related to products and services.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are getting maximum value from our offerings.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system for continuous improvement and effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer experience and retention.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and company products to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or customer success roles is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to resolve problems efficiently and enhance the customer experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in standard office applications.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
