This role involves providing vital support to our clients and users, ensuring that their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently. As a Support Center Analyst, you will work closely with both customers and internal teams to facilitate an exceptional service experience.Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various technical and product-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record and document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on product features and usage.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and improve support processes.
• Monitor ticket statuses and follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay informed about new products, updates, and industry trends to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a customer support or IT support role is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to assist clients effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using support ticketing systems and CRM software.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
