Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in international markets.
• Strong understanding of the Japanese job market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
