Then this is your chance!We are looking for a Quality Analyst Lead for our client in Barcelona, Spain.As a Dedicated Independent Quality Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the client’s Quality PM, Vendor Manager, L&D PM, Policy Team, and the broader Player Care team to drive QA excellence across global Player Support vendors. Your primary responsibilities include conducting QA evaluations, deep dives, and surfacing actionable insights to enhance support quality, player experience, policies, and processes. You will ensure consistency and integrity across vendors while maintaining high-quality standards for global partners. This role reports to the Independent QA/Centralized QA Account Manager.Language Requirements● Proficient command in English as a 2nd language (If English is not the language to beaudited) – minimum C1 level.● Fluent or native level in the focus language market: verbal, written, listening,comprehension.Qualifications● COPC Quality Management certification desired● Lean Six Sigma certification desired (Yellow or Green Belt)● High proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets or any other data tool (Tableau etc)Experience● +3 years QA experience in a quality team structured around COPC standards (preferred),contact center environment.● Experience in running short to long term quality projects, quality analysis or deep dives,quality calibration.● Gaming industry experience desiredWhat you are offered● Competitive Base salary● Language & Performance Bonus● Relocation allowance● Free life insurance● Daily free coffee, snacks and activities at the officeDoes this sound interesting enough for a first call?
