Description:The Jenbacher Gas Enginees Parts Technical Specialist is responsible for all technical inquiries, project and process support related to INNIO´s spare parts management and execution, further all inquiries regarding item relationships and item lifecycle in cooperation with the Item Lifecycle Team. This includes inquiries for transactional and Material Stream Agreement (MSA) orders for gas engines. The role covers a broad range of tasks and offers good option for further career developments.This role is also responsible for supporting the preparation of MSA contracts as well as amendments due to contract/scope changes, for providing technical support in negotiations with customers on contract amendments and related contract administration.Your tasks:
- Ownership for evaluation and identification of correct spare parts based on technical requirements, item lifecycle and financial aspects
- Support Order Management and MSA team with the corresponding technical advice in order to ensure fast, correct and complete order execution and support spare parts execution in the regions
- Support external customers regarding technical issues during parts ordering process
- Definition and implementation of item supersession rules in all relevant system implementations and enhancements to enable smooth order execution
- Support the creation and maintenance of contractual spare part package scopes (scope of supply) and ensure their correctness for new MSA contracts and contract amendments.
- Establish and maintain close contact with relevant internal stakeholders (MSA, Order Management, Service Engineering, Item Lifecycle Team, etc.) and external customers for evaluation of spare parts to ensure correct shipments and to define the best possible technical solution
- Coordinate the resolution of Engineering issues that impact maintenance schedule and/or costs
- Prepare technical recommendations on spare parts packages based on customer need, financial boundaries and technical requirements
- Provide Engineering expertise, technical support and best practice to the teams
- Supports system and process improvements of new system releases and enhancements.
- Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules, execute mandatory EHS trainings and immediately report the incidents and near misses as required.

Your profile:
- Bachelor or local equivalent degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- Advanced command of English
- Strong Customer and Service mindset
- Pro-active behaviour
- Integrated Management Systems / ERP knowledge (pref. ORACLE) / MyPlant knowledge
- Engineering affinity and in depth knowledge in working on Bill of Materials and engine specifics
- Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Excel
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, able to explain through data
