You’ll ensure seamless service delivery, provide expert support to users, and proactively maintain high system availability. Your role spans managing and optimizing infrastructure, leading technical projects, safeguarding system security, and ensuring business continuity. You’ll also oversee production releases, maintain clear documentation, and administer databases—all while being a trusted escalation point and a key player in daily operational readinessYou guarantee the availability of the systems and networks, and the continuity of the associated IT equipment so the end users can always do their work professionally.
