• You will receive a brief training and learn how to work with our systems and procedures.
• You will support the trade coordinators in our European department. Our trade coordinators are the key partners for organizing the international trading activities.
• You will monitor and follow-up on different aspects of a trade order.

• As you find your way across the systems and processes, you will get more ownership.
• You will get familiar with both purchase and sales activities.
• The nature of your administrative tasks will depend on the needs of the department.
• You will work together with different colleagues from the Trade Coordinator Unit, sales, and accounting.

Your profile

• You are a third Bachelor or Master student in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering, Accounting or Logistics.
• You are available in September.
• You are fluent in Dutch & English.
• You have a flexible mindset, and you are a team player.
• You are accurate and critical when performing administrative tasks.
• You can handle confidential information in a discrete way.
• You are living nearby our Headquarters in Antwerp.
