You will join our Valuation & Modelling team – a part of Deloitte Corporate Finance Advisory. We support clients with high-impact decision-making through robust financial models and advanced valuation analyses. Our clients primarily consist of private equity funds, large corporates, and family-owned businesses across a wide range of industries.Our team is founded on professional excellence, a trust-based culture, and a strong sense of community. Deloitte Corporate Finance consists of +80 professionals based in Copenhagen and Aarhus working in cross-functional teams with a flat hierarchy and a collaborative mindset.Job DescriptionA unique opportunity to develop deep financial expertiseAs an Associate in Valuation & Modelling, you will help solve some of our clients’ most complex and strategic challenges – whether in support of M&A, restructuring, investment decisions, or compliance matters. You will:

  • Work on valuation assignments (e.g. business valuation, options valuation, purchase price allocations etc.)
  • Develop and review financial models used in transactions, forecasting, or investment analysis
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Strategy, Risk & Transactions
  • Present findings and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and internal tools within valuation and modelling

Over time, you will have the opportunity to specialize based on your interests.QualificationsWe are looking for ambitious and analytical talents who are motivated by financial problem-solving. You are likely:

  • A recent graduate or have up to two years of relevant experience from consulting, banking, corporate finance, or similar
  • Holding a relevant degree (e.g., cand.merc., cand.polit., cand.oecon. or equivalent) with strong academic results
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced with financial modelling
  • Interested in valuation theory
  • Detail-oriented and structured in your work
  • Comfortable communicating clearly in both Danish and English
