Jr. Expedition Officer- Amersfoort Area
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and support transportation and shipment activities in the Amersfoort area. This role involves coordination with transport companies, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth processes for the delivery of products.
Responsibilities:
* Handle administrative tasks related to shipments of finished products.
* Communicate with transport/courier companies and coordinate shipments.
* Collaborate with other departments during shipment and delivery processes.
* Archive shipment documents accurately.
* Assist customs with inspections when required.
* Process incoming goods in the ERP system.
* Coordinate product recalls related to complaints.
* Verify shipment invoices for accuracy.
* Ensure timely collection of goods.
Profile:
* Knowledge of customs formalities (ADR regulations is a plus).
* Experience with MS Office and Exact software.
* Fluent in English and Dutch.
* Structured, proactive, and flexible with changing priorities.
