Within the Finance department and reporting to the Accounting Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring purchase requests and supplier purchase orders in coordination with the procurement department
• Processing supplier invoices (receipt, verification, accounting entry, filing) and handling payments
• Issuing and recording customer invoices
• Following up on customer accounts and managing overdue payments
• Managing expense reports (verification, accounting entry) and processing reimbursements
• Organizing accounting documentation and archiving
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
• Entering day-to-day accounting entries (purchases, sales, bank transactions, accruals, etc.)
• Supporting the Chief Accountant in preparing quarterly and annual account closings
• Participating in the implementation of the new ERP system
• Assisting with various administrative tasks

This list is non-exhaustive.RequirementsYou hold a two-year post-secondary degree in Accounting (BTS/DUT or Bachelor level) and are proficient in office software, particularly Excel (PivotTables, ..).
You have a solid knowledge and expertise in accounting, maintain confidentiality, and possess strong interpersonal skills (team spirit, proactivity and respect for deadlines), . You are rigorous and detail-oriented in carrying out your tasks.Benefits
