·Do you have experience and skillset in performing ad-hoc statistical data analyses based on business requests contributing strategic projects?Do you have skills to identify gaps and issues with current data landscape, and contribute to the design and the delivery of solutions to resolve them?Do you have Knowledge of database systems & data visualization tools (e.g., MS SQL, MS Power BI, Databricks), Knowledge of one or more languages used prevalent in data analytics (e.g., SQL, R, Python)Then your place is here with us as a Junior BI Developer based in Budapest MOL Campus.Main responsibilities:Perform ad-hoc statistical data analyses based on business requests
Contribute to strategic projects by providing data-driven input (e.g., expected value, risks, data quality considerations) to the definition of use cases
Support the definition of data requirements and infrastructure, including documentation and data analytics procedures
Collaborate with data analysts in the development and delivery of custom and advanced analytics tools
Facilitate learning and growth among users via testing support and end user training
Identify appropriate analytical methods and techniques to perform data analyses. Implement data collection, cleansing, and validation. Develop appropriate data model for analytics projects
Engage with the business stakeholders to identify the key business needs and translate those
Grow your skills proactively by building your own technical capabilities, business acumen and soft skills through on-the-job learning and own training plan
Influence the architectural requirements of the data warehouse, BI reporting and advanced analytics infrastructure via channeling in the analytical needs from your requestors

Knowledge of fundamental statistical analysis concepts and methods
Understanding of machine learning and other data science methods is a plus
Knowledge of database systems & data visualization tools (e.g., MS SQL, MS Power BI, Databricks)
Knowledge of one or more languages used prevalent in data analytics (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
Professional usage of Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen and personal leadership
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks in parallel
Excellent written and verbal communications and skills
Strong attention to detail
Proactive mindset, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and team mentality
Openness to different cultures across CEE
Experience in working in agile / scrum environment is a plus
