L’Oréal is currently looking for a new team member to take over the responsibilities ofJunior Brand Activation Managerin our Luxury Division in BudapestYOU WILL:
- Own the offline and online journey of consumers and shoppers across retailers, in order to drive the recruitment and conversion of the brand offline and online.
- Implement trade marketing strategy together with Sales, Marketing, and Design teams in order to boost your brand’s activation plan and to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives: Trade & Animation part, per retailer, with an Offline and Online consistent approach, from annual thinking to project developments and day to day concrete implementation in store.
- Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets.
- Select the relevant brand tools, assets, gifts, samples, and all promotional levers with regard to the animation objectives and consumer target and monitor the corresponding annual budget.
- Collaborates with Sales, e-com specialists, Retail Design teams, field teams, and external agencies to ensure the best consumer activation in stores and online.
- Collaborate and present novelties and trade plan directly to Retailers
- Lead the creation of POS material answering the marketing plan needs.
- Prepare local events with retailers (from the prep till execution)
YOU ARE/HAVE:
- University degree. Preferred: Commerce and marketing specialization.
- Min. 1 year of professional experience in trade marketing, sales, or marketing
- Native Hungarian speaker. Very strong English knowledge is a must. Advantage: Czech and Slovak language knowledge.
- Advanced in Excel
- Basic usage of graphic designer tools is an advantage
- Budget-conscious
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Team spirit
- Consumer-oriented approach (curious about consumer purchase journey)
