• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing coordination, ideally within lifestyle or luxury brands.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A creative mindset, with experience in influencer collaboration and campaign execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite for basic design tasks.
• Knowledge of SEM, CMS, and the latest marketing trends.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to maintain visual consistency and overall brand image.
• Experience from the hospitality industry is not a requirement.

• Social Media & Influencer Coordination: Execute strategies to increase engagement on social media and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand visibility.
• Content Creation & Distribution: Develop landing pages, campaign materials, and in-house content, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing pop-up activities, photo shoots, and events – focusing on logistics and ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaboration: Support the PR & Brand Manager with influencer campaigns, event logistics, and alignment of marketing initiatives with the overall brand strategy.
• Graphic Design & Marketing Support: Produce design assets (menus, invitations, promotional materials) and manage marketing calendars and company websites.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Track influencer performance, monitor social media engagement, and assist with SEM reporting in collaboration with our media agency
