Job Description: Junior Campaign Specialist – Danish Market (Hybrid, Barcelona)We are seeking a driven Junior Campaign Specialist for the Danish market to join our team in Barcelona. This role follows a hybrid working model, allowing a blend of on-site and remote work.What We Offer:

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns to drive performance.
• Achieve key performance metrics for productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
• Develop persuasive sales pitches and proposals for clients over the phone.
• Effectively manage and prioritize tasks with strong time management skills.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Analyze campaign data to make informed recommendations for improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
• Native or C2 proficiency in Danish, with B2 level English.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for delivering compelling pitches.
• Strong analytical abilities with a client-focused approach.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-moving, adaptable work environment.
