You will receive a permanent employment contract.What you can expect:

  • Gaining experience in handling casualty claims: gathering relevant information, analysing, determining the coverage of the claims, assessing liability, etc.
  • Engaging experts and lawyers where necessary
  • Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and brokers, (medical) experts, clients, lawyers, victims or their legal representative
  • Working with underwriters, turning claims experience into improved products
  • Adhering to compliance and claims guidelines and playing an exemplary role towards other team members
  • Ensuring adherence to best practice procedures for casualty complex claims, consistent with global best practice

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Administration or comparable (international degree is an advantage), graduated in 2022 or 2023
  • Initial work experience through internships is an advantage, ideally in the insurance sector
  • Readiness to be on a steep learning curve and agile comprehension skills
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as willingness to make decisions
  • Very good Italian and English language skills
  • MS Office skills
